PHNOM PENH — Cambodia's men's national volleyball team completed its 2026 SEA V-League campaign with a historic milestone after winning its first-ever league title in the opening leg in the Philippines before finishing fourth in the second leg hosted by Indonesia.

The championship marked Cambodia's first SEA V-League title and represented the country's biggest achievement in regional men's volleyball.

Cambodia secured the title after defeating regional powerhouse Indonesia during the opening leg, a result that propelled the team to the top of the standings and earned its first gold medal in the competition.

The victory surprised many regional observers, as Indonesia has traditionally been one of Southeast Asia's strongest volleyball nations.
